Attraction Marketing


Attraction Marketing is the term that captures what we believe is the best approach to marketing. Attraction Marketing is about creating long term relationships with clients. You do this by offering value, providing service and solving problems.
There are 7 principles of Attraction Marketing.
  1. People buy from people they know, like and trust.

    Take stock of your likeability factor and be honest with yourself when you do this.

    Find ways to tangibly demonstrate that you are likeable and trustworthy.

  2. Focus on building relationships and making connections.

    Always show genuine interest in your clients and aim to make a real connection with them.

    Do what’s best for your clients and think about their needs first.

    Listen and ask questions. Seek to understand your client’s needs and desires.

  3. Understand yourself — what you do best, what you most enjoy.

    Your business reflects who you are so it is important to have a very clear understanding of yourself.

    Aligning with your passion is an important component of business success.

    Always come from your heart.

  4. Respect your clients and let them decide how they want to do business with you.

    Today, clients have virtually unlimited choices and access to unlimited information. This puts them in charge of how the sales process will unfold. Honor and respect that, don’t try to force something to meet your own needs.

  5. Target specific groups of people with whom you will do your best work.

    Working with customers who don’t fit you and your business will cost you time, money and energy and chip away at the energy you need to identify and communicate with the people who are your best clients.

  6. Practice transparency.

    Show authenticity in all that you do. Be honest in all interactions with your prospects, your clients and your business partners.

    Figure out what integrity means for you and do whatever it takes to maintain your standards for integrity.

  7. Establish yourself as an expert and a trusted advisor.

    Offer true value to your clients, remembering that true value is in the eyes of your client.

    Exceed expectations whenever you can.

Here are some practical ideas for implementing the Attraction Marketing principles in your practice.
  1. Send out a newsletter regularly.

    Be sure to use a double opt–in email system so that you have permission to send email communications.

    It’s fine to promote your products and services in the newsletter but keep the main focus on providing value to your readers.

  2. Offer free teleclasses, webinars, and introductory classes regularly.

    This gives your potential clients a way to get to know you and to see how you work.

  3. Write a case study that tells your prospects what it’s like to work with you.

    Again, this gives people a way to see exactly what you do in your practice. Remember to be transparent in what you write.

  4. Offer a guarantee on your products and services.

    A no questions asked refund policy is a great way to go. If you have conditions or terms for your refund, be sure to state those clearly.
