Never Enough

Even though I’m feeling like there’s never enough, I deeply and completely love and accept myself even if I am believing that.

Even though I must be believing that there’s never enough and I’m always wanting, I deeply and completely accept myself and I’m willing to change this feeling of never enough.

Even though I must be having this feeling that there’s never enough and I’m left wanting and wishing and focusing on what’s missing, I deeply and completely accept myself even with this idea of not enough.

Even though I still have this feeling that something’s missing and it’s not enough, I deeply and completely love and accept myself enough to know that I can change my attention and, with more gratitude, I will generate more of what I want and have peace and happiness.

Even though it seems like there’s a lot of chaos around me, maybe there are a lot of people who are focused on not enough, I deeply and completely love and accept myself and the people around me who may be tempting me to think that I don’t have enough.

Even though I must have some feeling about not enough, perhaps I could begin to look at how much I have, how much I’ve been given, how blessed I am. Perhaps that will begin to change my degree of satisfaction and my degree of wanting.

Releasing any remaining resistance to the idea that I have much of what I desire

Recognizing that desires are instilled in my heart

It’s a sense of gratitude and appreciation. A feeling of knowing I can do and have.

Then the focus is on appreciation

Even the little things can make me feel grateful
